I recently bought some peat pots but they did not have any pre drilled holes in them. This confused me as pots that I have bought in the past had the hole where you can just punch them out, but these did not. Am I supposed to leave them as is

Ive been composting as long as Ive been gardening. We put in raised beds 3 years ago and the garden has gone from lush and productive to scrawny and weak. Its only 80 degrees outside but I have to use shade cloth because everything wilts
